Key Responsibilities Areas :

- Sales driven Marketing : Drive Sales through increasing Brand awareness in the key channels to market. Make detailed promotions to improve revenue generation through various leads.


- BTL activities including corporate tie-ups.

- Analysis of sales data : Closely monitor, analyze and assess sales revenue from across centers and suggest marketing tools to enable growth.

- Customer Relationship Management : Proficient in working across various customer objectives - acquisition, retention and Relationship Management. Develop and manage effective Customer Relationship Management programs, for existing and potential customer base that ensure effective up sell and acquisition.

- Organize CMEs/ seminars/ events to increase brand awareness and visibility

- Marketing Campaigns and Promotions : To ensure that creative Marketing campaigns are delivered across the full and appropriate Marketing channels, ensuring they hit the return on investment targets.

- Competition Mapping and Tracking : To map and track competition and support operations from time to time, also to devise tactical strategy as and when needed and do damage control exercise if need be.

- Promotions : Prepare marketing calendar and work on promotions with vendors/internal teams.

- Media relations : Develop and enhance an effective working relationship with regional, national and specialist media in order to maximize PR opportunities, responding to media enquiries efficiently and professionally.

- Brand Message : Create a brand tone and develop appropriate content for various media (Print/Digital etc.)

- Communications : Develop and manage a communication channel with all employees, franchisee partner and stake holders. 


Candidate specifications :

- The candidate would have 6-10 years of experience out of which at least 3-4 years would be as marketing Manager- handling all aspects of print, digital and BTL activities.

- Should have proven track record of success.

- Have high analytical skills to be able to analyse sales data, and suggest innovative methods to drive up sales

- Strong presentation and communication skills.

- Strategic thinker, self driven and focused.
