Position Summary:

- Achieving business results in the Defence Retail business through worksite sales process through effective distribution of Insurance products in the target affinity. Responsible for Agent/ Officer Prahri recruitment, Agent /Officer Prahri development and meeting the business targets month on month according to the plan.

Job Specifications :

1. Qualifications

- Graduate/ Post Graduate or Equivalent for Defence ex-servicemen

2. Experience:

- Must be a localite.

- Should have a good knowledge/ understanding of the Defence services network & hierarchy.

- Extensive people management skills

- Strong communication/writing & presentation skills

- Experience of leading a team of result oriented Managers

- Should have good coaching & development abilities.Minimum 2-4 years of work experience in Sales Development role

- Experience in the life insurance industry/ any other industry in sales role is necessary.

- Affiliation with the Armed Forces would be highly preferred.

- Preference 1 : Insurance/financial sales exp + Knowledge/exp. Of selling to Defence Forces/cantonments.

- Preference 2: Sales Background, any industry + Prior exp in the Armed Forces.

- Preference 3: Defence Ex-servicemen

- Preference 4: Insurance Sales+ history of adaptability to new business avenues

- Preference 5: Pure defence family back ground (Current Serving personnel)
