Dharma Life is looking for a smart and dedicated Strategy Analyst to lead the organization to its next expansion phase. Reporting directly to the CEO, in this role you will responsible for helping to develop the corporate and finance strategy.

Location: Based in New Delhi, with frequent travel required across India.

Detailed Responsibilities:

1. Financial Modelling and Business Analysis:

- Develop financial models for scale-up scenarios

- Support strategic planning in partnership with the CEO

- Evaluate new projects and conduct feasibility studies to determine the financial viability of new ventures.

2. Senior Level Stakeholder management:

- Manage multiple external stakeholders to drive results for the business

- Prepare and present board-level communications

Required:

- 2-5 years professional experience in an strategy consultant or financial analyst role

- Skilled at creating detailed financial models

- Experience in providing strategic recommendations to senior management

Preferred:

- Experience in management consulting preferred

- Experience with field and primary research and related analysis
