Location : Andheri - Marol

Responsibilities :

- Performing exploratory analytics to pinpoint pockets of opportunities within the collections department and produce actionable insights through statistical tools and techniques (Techs used - SAS, SQL, and Excel)

- Propose modification/redevelopment of strategies as and when required

- Conceptualizing and implementing collection strategies

- Ensuring productivity and efficiency tracking; performing the cost benefit analysis

- Headcount Planning - Managing the headcount across hierarchy to meet the company targets within the set budget.

- Work on Data analytics, data reporting and Data mining
