Equity Trading Partner - Franchisee/Sub Broker Business Head
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an Equity Trading Partner with a strong background in managing and building a franchisee/sub-broker business. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of equity trading, financial markets, and have a proven track record in successfully establishing and managing a network of franchisees or sub-brokers.
Responsibilities:
1. Franchisee/Sub-Broker Network Management:
- Develop and implement strategies for recruiting, onboarding, and managing a network of franchisees/sub-brokers.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to franchisees/sub-brokers to ensure their success and compliance with regulatory requirements.
2. Business Development:
- Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth and expansion within the assigned region.
- Formulate and execute plans to attract new franchisees/sub-brokers and expand the overall business presence.
3. Equity Trading Oversight:
- Monitor equity markets and trends to provide insights and recommendations to franchisees/sub-brokers.
- Ensure adherence to trading policies, risk management protocols, and regulatory requirements.
4. Training and Development:
- Conduct training sessions for franchisees/sub-brokers on equity trading strategies, market analysis, and the effective use of trading platforms.
- Foster continuous learning and development within the network.
5. Compliance and Risk Management:
- Stay informed about regulatory changes and ensure that all franchisees/sub-brokers comply with industry regulations.
- Implement and enforce risk management practices to safeguard the interests of the network and clients.
6. Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Regularly assess the performance of the franchisee/sub-broker network against predefined metrics.
- Generate reports and present insights to senior management on key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
7. Relationship Management:
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing franchisees/sub-brokers and explore opportunities for collaboration and mutual growth.
- Represent the company at industry events and forums to enhance brand visibility.
