We have an immediate and a very exciting opportunity from one of our clients in India. Our client is leading Insurance Organization and provides Insurance plans such as Protection plans, Saving plans, Retirement Plans, Group plans, etc. They have multiples offices across India and their corporate office is in Mumbai. They are looking for “DGM/Sr. Manager - Legal & Compliance” to join them ASAP in Mumbai.

To qualify for these positions you should:

- Be a Qualified CA/ CS / Law Graduate.

- Have 10 - 20+ years of total experience and 5+ years of experience in Compliance in Insurance.

- Have experience Ensuring overall compliance, timely submission of returns and reporting to various authorities
including IRDA, Life Council, MCA, RBI, replying to various queries raised, etc.

- Have experience in Collating the data and ensuring correct data submission to IRDA.

- Have experience in coordinating and submitting comments & feedback to IRDA with regards to various Draft Circulars and Guidelines and Ensuring TAT for all the submissions.

- Have experience in Assisting in work related to product launch, policy welcome letters, policy documents and proposal forms, etc.

- Have experience in Obtaining Risk and Board approvals for timely product launch and ensuring IRDA advertisements compliance.

- Must possess excellent communication skills

- Be from Mumbai or ready to relocate.
