Channel management :
- Monitoring Channel sales and marketing activities.
- Scrutinizing dealer network management, appointment of new dealers/distributors thru proper market mapping.
- Estimation of sales potential marketwise/dealer wise/competitor wise and preparing sales plan on annual basis.
- Providing direction/motivation to channel partners ensuring optimum performance.
- Developing business partners to expand product reach in the market and working in close interaction with the dealers and distributors to assist them to promote the product.
- Executing recognition campaigns for motivating the workforce for better efficiency.
- Monitoring and ensuring proper availability of necessary goods at the various sales channels ensuring cost effective logistics operations.
Team management :
- Monitoring, recruiting training and motivating manpower to ensure quality service in the market to meet division's objective..
- Leading a team by ensuring efficiencies in operations for meeting individual and division's targets.
Job profile :
- Responsible for PAN India shirting segment and higher end blends along with selective shirting for higher /premium end.
- Developing and maintaining proper article mix with keeping in view regional interests.
- Coordinating all production planning and marketing efforts to have better yield for division and organization.
- Accountability as profit center for specific division being sectional head.
- Handling entire channel operations for sale of profitable product mix.
- Suggesting and implementing policy guidelines from time to time by being proactive at the market place.
- Strengthening DTR/Wholesale channel and finding new avenues for sales.
- To exercise inventory control and improve stock turnover ratio.
- Forecasting/budgeting for annual / monthly targets as per budget and driving initiatives to achieve business goals.
- Utilizing market feedback and market intelligence for better product positioning by conceptualizing and implementation of various strategies as a part of brand building and market development exercise
Key Deliverables :
- Responsible for setting & achieving sales targets
- Market Expansion along with developing existing market.
- New Product Planning.
- Planning season specific strategy for the respective markets.
- Monitoring the performance of agent for the respective areas for achievement of Sales and Receivables.
