DGM - Treasury - Retail/Manufacturing

My Client is an industry leader in the retail space and in the textile manufacturing space. My client also has interests in other areas such as ready made garments, designer wear, etc.

Position : DGM Treasury

Location : Mumbai

Exp : 10-15 years

Sector : Corporate Finance

Job Responsibilities :

- Fund / Forex Risk Management

- Raising Funds

- Investment of Surplus funds

- Management Reporting

- Cash Flow Monitoring- Overseeing intercompany cash flow activities

- To keep the flexibility to invest as per market dynamics

Job Specifics :

- Should be either a Chartered Accountancy / MBA (Finance)

- Should have minimum 10 years of experience in core treasury functions

- Should be adept at handling a sizable amount of treasury handled in terms of forex/ borrowing
