About our Client : Our client is engaged in the manufacturing and distribution space of specialized products that has a strong presence in India with an extensive distributor and dealer network along with a large number of depots across India. There are currently 2 plants in India and immediate plans for expansion. Currently they export to over 60 countries around the world.

Job Description : As a DGM - Treasury you will be reporting directly to the GM and will be working closely with the CFO. You will have 2 direct reports. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Managing foreign exchange risk efficiently to provide best return

- Arranging and managing working capital/term loans effectively.

- Arranging and managing investment of funds for best returns.

- Advising and supporting suppliers/customers on their working capital requirement thereby optimizing your company's working capital.

- Arranging and managing lease and term loans for effective capital management.

- MIS information on cash flow to facilitate decision making.

- Assisting in the development of colleagues (non-finance executives) in the area of working capital management/finance.

- Effective management of exports receivables.

The Successful Candidate:

- As a successful candidate, you will have at least one of the following qualifications - A.C.A / CA / Mcom / CFA / MBA and will have at least 7-12 years of post qualification experience where you would have been working in the Treasury department of a reasonably big company as the lead or 2nd lead.

- It is preferred if you have experience and have worked in a manufacturing set up.

- In addition to Treasury, it is important to have strong knowledge in the areas of Accounts, Finance, Tax, CS, Audit and Taxation.

- You must have a proven record of good judgment where you have been proactive while managing a team.
