Urgent requirement for DGM Training & Development.
- Design and execute leadership development / behavioural initiatives to enhance the capabilities of the managerial workforce.
- Build the capability of the business in terms of leadership skills and competencies.
- The leadership development strategy (needs assessment, budgeting, development of customized learning programs) and delivery of training programs and evaluation of effectiveness of training.
- Proficiency in design and delivery of leadership development interventions.
- Experience of Leadership Training preferred.
