DGM - Toll Operations & Corridor Mgmt. (O&M Head)

Profile Synopsis / Deliverables :

- Monitor all tolling activities while ensuring compliance with the Concession Agreement for the project.

- Proposing new initiatives for revenue increase and minimizing pilferage / exemptions, liaison with authorities & local users.

- Analysis of various data / MIS pertaining to toll revenues and recommending suggestions for further improvement.

- Tracking, Compiling & ensuring timely submissions of required correspondences to IE/NHAI as per CA from project site.

- Coordinate between operation and other associated departments like Procurement, HR, Finance & Accounts and Security agencies for smooth functioning of the toll operations at project site.

- Implementation of the Standard Operating Procedures for Effective Toll Collection and Route operations under the guidance of Head projects.

- Anticipate problems in time and suggest measures to management for resolving issues.

- Timely implementations of Fee revisions every year for the project.
