- Preference Who is having experience in Tender management or commercial Shipping or Shipping BPO
- Previous experience in leading the team, willing to work in different shifts
- Ensure the deliverables in terms of Timeliness (On time action) and compliance is ensured with accuracy & TAT
- Ideas and Innovation is the key to process improvement.
- Manage Tenders for both Global and Regional customers, based on their specific Request for Quotation in close cooperation with relevant stakeholders, to deliver a correct, timely and value-adding response.
- Monthly meeting with Stakeholders and getting feedback on the team's performance
- Support cost reduction initiatives
- Achieve set workstation density (WSD) targets
- Control Attrition by Motivating team members by offering long-term career path
- Coordinate with the team in execution of the activities as defined in the SLA's and SOPs
- Reviewing of SOP and guidelines as and when required.
- Ensure cross-functionality within the team members and across the floor with other departments
- Identifying and developing key members in the team and ensure 2nd and 3rd levels of backups are created for these key members.
- Initiate Training/Coaching and is eager to share knowledge and help team members/peers to come up the learning curve.
- Make strategic & effective business decisions resulting in goal achievement & customer satisfaction
