DGM Technology Head - Education

This is Amit from Mount Talent consulting firm in Noida. We are having an opening for DGM-Technology Head position with one of the world’s largest company in Publishing domain.

Compensation - Open for the Salary

Location – Noida

Reports to – CEO & CTO

Job Purpose - To drive the technology agenda for education by defining the strategy and ensuring flawless execution and operation of the same.

Focus:

- Optimize infrastructure

- Rationalize business applications

- Innovate products and services

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities

- Act as the insightful thought leader to lead, develop and maintain the technology strategy and roadmap for Education group.

- Partner closely with the engineering team to ensure agile execution of all the technology Projects

- Partner closely with the operations team to ensure exceptional experience for our Customer.

- Responsible for influencing the technology investments required for the business group.

- Lead the technology innovation and required change management

Knowledge & Skills

- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in technology function.

- 3-5 years of program management or client management experience in delivering complex projects

- Experience in engaging and influencing senior business and technology stakeholders

- Experience in working in B2B or B2C companies is preferred

- Experience in managing agile projects Led a high performance team

- Prior consulting experience is preferred
