We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our CHRO Office as Deputy General Manager (DGM) - Human Resources. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in talent management for leadership candidates, creating strategies for role transition, leadership talent acquisition, and campus hiring from Tier 1 colleges. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to drive initiatives that align with the organization's objectives.

1. Develop and implement talent management strategies for identifying, nurturing, and retaining leadership candidates within the organization.

2. Design and execute programs for leadership development, succession planning, and career progression.

3. Work closely with business leaders to understand their talent needs and create effective strategies for smooth role transitions within the organization.

4. Provide guidance and support to leaders and employees during periods of organizational change and restructuring.

5. Lead the recruitment efforts for leadership positions, including sourcing, screening, and selecting top-tier talent.

6. Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts to facilitate executive-level hiring.

7. Develop campus hiring strategies to attract top talent from Tier 1 colleges and universities.

8. Collaborate with academic institutions and student organizations to establish a strong presence on campus and promote the organization as an employer of choice.

9. Oversee the performance management process for leadership candidates, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

10. Provide coaching and feedback to leaders to support their professional growth and development.

11. Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including business leaders, department heads, and HR colleagues.

12. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management on matters related to talent management and organizational effectiveness
