Job Responsibilities

- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives

- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and coordinators to ensure the delivery of high-quality candidates and exceptional candidate experience

- Recruitment Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve the recruitment process to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability

- Employer Branding: Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to enhance the company's employer brand and attract top talent

- Candidate Sourcing: Oversee the development and execution of sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates through various channels, including social media, networking events, and employee referrals

- Candidate Assessment: Work with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop candidate evaluation criteria. Ensure the use of standardized assessment methods to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit

- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other vendors to optimize recruitment outcomes and minimize costs

- Data Analytics: Utilize recruitment data and metrics to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve recruitment outcomes

- Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations in all recruitment activities, including equal employment opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action requirements

Qualification

- Master degree in Human Resources or related field. Master's degree preferred.

- Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

- Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing recruitment teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Proven track record of implementing innovative recruitment strategies and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

- Strong understanding of best practices in candidate sourcing, assessment, and selection.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence key stakeholders.
