Roles and Responsibilities :
- Drive leadership hiring across the country in a timely, efficient manner in line with the TA process
- Design and Implement country-specific search Strategy, manage and execute the same for SE India
- Identifying and partnering with external search / social media platforms as required to ensure hiring needs are met
- Build domain expertise, conduct an intensive research about the talent base for a new business domain, develop specialist knowledge & insights of sector trends, compensation data, and characteristics of the sector
- Work independently, with high-quality delivery capabilities
- Develop market intelligence on industry-specific leadership Talent pool by connecting with potential and reference of existing candidates
- Identify prospective candidates, build the profiles in our database for various leadership roles to address current and future needs
- Track and maintain TA report and submit monthly Dashboard to the Leadership
