- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors
- Oversee the recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates
- Manage and develop the talent acquisition team
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand business needs and develop recruitment plans accordingly
- Continuously monitor and improve the effectiveness of talent acquisition processes and tools
- Strong knowledge of recruitment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing talent acquisition strategies
