MBA passed From Top B college
CTC-20 to 30 LPA
Creating a talent pool that is equipped to take up leadership roles in the present and in the future, through planning for the same in co-ordination with business groups and meticulous execution of the plan.
2. Support the recruitment plan to ensure timely delivery of the long term plan to support business growth
3. Maintain a strong database of CXO level profiles across all verticals/ functions.
4. Responsible for sourcing and screening profiles suitable for open Leadership positions based on a complete understanding of the exact business, professional and personal skills required for the role
5. Use advanced business knowledge and subject matter expertise to design the hiring and talent attraction strategy
6. Provide support on hiring initiatives that span across businesses and contributes to the development of new ideas and methods of Talent Acquisition
7. Drive the achievement of Leadership hiring targets, including time to fill and cost per hire 8. Resolve enquiries efficiently within the agreed timelines
Provide leadership to a recruitment team to ensure staffing deliverables are met as per business expectations - responsible for end to end delivery (Sourcing till on-boarding along with Stakeholder Management & Cost Management) while ensuring compliance of processes and proper documentation.
