DGM - Supply Chain Planning & Control

1. Ensure Availability of Direct and Indirect Boughtout components for Tractor & Engine Production to achieve volume and modelmix Production

2. RM Inventory Management & reduce and control through strategic initiatives . Manage Cashflow challenges by maintaining optimal inventory levels as desired. Eliminate waste like Slow-moving and Non-moving. Establish a robust inventory management system through Dynamic Buffer management ( DBM)

3. Managing and Maintaining Stores Operations . Focus on Safety, Sustainability , Efficiency , NVA reduction , Improvement in Line feed systems and Material accounting are some key responsiblities of this position. Strong focus on material accounting, FIFO , ECN implementation leading to nil obsolesence. Supervision of Mahindra Logistis ( 3rd Party)

4. Responsible for Plant Planning & operations at plant of various machine shops and assy shops .Responsible to meet internal and external customer demands through rigours planning taking into account various risks.

5. Drive Continuous improvement in Logistic and packaging through various projects .

6. Mitigate supplier risk and represent in SRMC forum .

7. Managing Capex and Revex Budgets for the plant
