DGM (Strategic Sourcing Analysis)
Strategic Planning and Analysis:
- Collaborate with the Head of Strategic Sourcing to develop and implement strategic plans, objectives, and initiatives
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of commercial and procurement data from time to time, and identify key insights and trends to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and recommendations based on the analysis to support informed decision-making
Improve Sourcing Efficiency:- Participate in streamlining and optimizing the existing commercial and procurement processes to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance sourcing productivity and performance.
- Develop and generate regular dashboards to provide management with a clear understanding of performance metrics, KPIs, and other relevant data.
Procurement Support:- Assist in vendor evaluation, negotiations, and contract management.
- Conduct supplier assessments, monitor supplier performance, and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure procurement activities align with business objectives and compliance requirements.
Financial Analysis:- Conduct financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis, to support decision-making and budget planning processes.
- Monitor financial performance, identify variances, and provide recommendations to improve financial outcomes.
- Assist in the development and monitoring of financial targets and budgets related to commercial and procurement activities.
Risk Management:- Identify potential risks in commercial and procurement processes and work with the team to implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong compliance protocols to ensure adherence to relevant regulations and best practices.
Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration:- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as finance, legal, operations, and senior management, to gather requirements, align strategies, and ensure effective communication.
- Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including suppliers, industry experts, and regulatory bodies.
