Designation: Dy. General Manager / Sr. Manager - SCM

Position objective:

To Support the Plant Management with:

- Strong SCM Support System at the Plant

- Improvement in the Productivity of SCM department

- Strategy Inventory management.

Job Description:

- Setup short term and long terms (3 to 5 years) SCM strategy for company in line with the business development.

- SOP preparation for various process in supply chain.

- Strategy development for continuous development in various areas of SCM like demand management, inventory management, logistics and production supply chain management.

- Run various improvement projects in SCM area

- Ensure in bound (from vendor) and out bound (from company to Customers) supply chain improves significantly.

- Monitor and ensure cost effectiveness in terms of transportation cost, warehouse cost etc..

- Ensure both in bound and out bound inventory management is planned and distributed according to the requirements.

- Ensure up gradation of all process in SCM base on the organization long-term objectives.

Education:

- Bachelors in Engineering

- Post graduation or diploma with 8 years work experience in relevant field.

- Experience in developing SOP

- Experience in developing strategies for SCM

- Experience on ERP like SAP
