DGM/Sr Manager - Liasoning - Real Estate

We need a person for a Leading Real Estate Group with following skill set:

- B.Tech Civil with at least 14 years of experience

- To coordinate between Design Architects, Municipal Architects & In house Architects for the smooth functioning of the work from design level itself. To be aware of the applicable Development Control Regulations and provide inputs during land evaluation from ascertaining Development Potential of the land being evaluated by providing inputs to carry out Test fitouts.

- Liasioning with various government bodies Municipal, state and central levels-deal with Bureaucracy at senior levels.

- Follow up and co-ordination with various Government agencies like TNEB, TWAD Board, Town and Country Planning Department (DTCP), CMDA, Local Municipalities & Gram Panchayats, National Highways, Railways, PWD Airport authority, Indian Air force, Fire, CMWSSB etc. for project related clearances and activities

- To obtain Environmental Clearance

- To ensure smooth coordination with the higher authorities in Municipal/ local body office, Collector, City Survey office, Govt. offices etc. for obtaining required approvals.
