Responsible for all HR Functions - Recruitment, OD, Training and Development, Performance management etc of a Large Manufacturing Unit

Salary - INR 15,00,000 - 20,00,000 P.A. Negotiable

Education:

UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization

PG - MBA/PGDM - HR/Industrial Relations

Doctorate - Doctorate Not Required

MBA / PG in HR, with experience of 10 years, preferably in Precision Engineering Industry. Should have handled all functions of HR department of Large units

Should be a Team player and fluent in Tamil . Fluency in Kannada an added advantage.
