DGM - Solution Delivery - IT

- Drive end to end lifecycle from choosing the product(s)/platform(s) to implement the business IT solution.

- Analyze the identified IT solution's fitment in the existing IT landscape. Understand and document the impact on the existing systems.

- Define the processes to be followed to use these products.

- Project manage the solution Implementation.

- Manage project escalation and changes in scope.

- Identification of risks, issues, and dependencies beforehand and work towards mitigation.

- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

- Detail-oriented in terms of documentation and gathering requirements.

- Establishing and demonstrating the benefits from the product implementation.

- Drive the improvements to existing processes, including new processes using the SaaS products.

- Proactively, look for new SaaS products in the market. Identify new products/Business cases to use.

- Drive process improvements at all stages.

- Work closely within the IT team & external partners to leverage technology and automation.

Ideal Profile:

- B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA in Computer science with 8 to 12 years of experience in IT Solution Delivery, Project Management.

- Experience in SaaS product implementation.

- Experience in Retail, Hospitality domain.

- IT Project Management experience.

- Drive for results, a self-driven individual and passionate in Technology

- Excellent written & oral communication skills. Good interpersonal skills

- Ability to influence without authority and work in a collaborative manner with all stakeholders.

- Stakeholder management, both internal and external with ability to build relationships.
