QUALIFICATION (Education):

Masters or Post Gradate Diploma in Human Resources is a must.

DESIRED YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:

- 10- 14 years of Overall experience

- 6+ years in Human Resources function

DESIRED INDUSTRY EXPOSURE:

- Preferably in IT / ITES (BPO / KPO), Retail or Service Sector

DESIRED ROLE EXPOSURE:

- HR for a large process/ mid size company with a generalist HR profile

MANDATORY SKILLS / PROCESS ABILITIES - SKILLS

- Ability to handle conflicts & crises

- Ability to multi task

- Conversant with HRMS tool

- PROCESS ABILITIES

- Understanding of Labour & Statutory Laws
