DGM/Senior Manager - Software Development - TFT Display System

- Lead Design & Development of SW for >7" Touch based TFT Display systems majorly SOC based ECU's.

- Identify & evaluate 3rd parties readily available SW components & integrate with base SW

- Build strong SW Team of excellency in Display based ECU's

- Resource allocation, utilization and planning

- Customer communication and satisfaction

- Mentor and guide to the team of software Engineers

- Responsible for on time and quality deliverables

- Resource allocation, utilization and planning

- Responsible for team recruitment, appraisals, training, mentoring, overall departmental QCD

- May need to travel globally to interact with suppliers, customers
