Job Description - Heading the End - End (HR + Admin) functions within the manufacturing responsibility.

Description

- Management of all aspects of HR + Admin within the manufacturing facility.

- Managing the employee relations, Compliance, LTS, overseeing recruitment, Performance Management, training & development programs.

- Overseeing and ensuring compliance with labour laws, Contract labour management, HR processes, Unions and regulations with thorough knowledge in Factory Act.

- Overseeing the Admin responsibilities of the manufacturing facility.

Profile

- MNC company exposure is a must.

- MBA/ MSW /PGDM

- 12 - 20 years

- Proficiency in HR tools, HRIS.

- Proficiency in Kannada, English, Hindi ( Must Have)

- Workday exposure is an advantage.
