DGM/Senior Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - CA - Telecom

Its regarding a job opportunity for DGM / Sr Manager Financial Planning & Analysis with a leading Telecom Industry .

Job Description :

Planning and Budgeting :

- Financial planning & analysis for the respective business and functions and create MIS on Headcount, cost allocation, budgeting and forecasting

- Keep track of various business drivers with their impact on financial performance

Reporting :

- Create formats for weekly/monthly Senior Management reviews and provide detailed data to internal teams for their periodic reviews

- Lead monthly closing and MIS reporting process

- Track, monitor and create dashboards various KPIs at different levels in the organisation

- Analyze target v/s achievements, shortfalls and reasoning for shortfalls

- Compile all reports received from various sources / representatives and create a database for various reports

- Inventory control, analysis and valuation

- Compile, benchmark and align data from different sources in different functions

Analysis & P&L Management :

- Provide analytical inputs to highlight issues to ensure smooth operations and to facilitate corrective actions

- Evaluate and implement process improvement wherever required

Capex Control :

- Analyse new capex proposals and provide recommendations thereon for approval by senior management

- Keep track of Capex spend and PIR of capex proposalsility Job Description

Education Qualification : CA

Experience : 6+ yrs post qualification

Functional Skills : MIS, Costing, Planning & Budgeting, Analysis, Financial Reporting
