Position F&A COE : (Centre of Excellence )

Centralized Payments , Bank Reconciliation , Single TAN ( Direct Tax) , Payroll & Employee Reimbursements "

Position DGM/ Sr. Manager

Reports To Head -COE and Shared Services Auto Sector

Place of Posting Mumbai

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables :

- For all CoEs Ensuring end to end : Accounting ,Audit, MIS ,Complaince .

1. Interacting and ensuring all CoEs are adhering to the policy , process and internal Controls.

2. Ensuring - Statutory compliances related to Pay roll, Payments and Tax laws . Ensuring timely release of MIS and schedules for all stakeholders like sector accounts, Auditor , Business Finance etc

3. Monitering and ensuring - TAT time in all processes and closer.

4. Interaction with CMS/Statutory/TAX auditors for closer of their observations

5. Co-ordinating with all other CoE/Business Team AD/FD&SD/ Sector Accounts/Corporate accounts/Finance and Taxation team.

6. Co ordination with MIBS and monitering their Deliverables

7. Team Development and implementation of change process, ensuring adequate manpower and Job rotations based on Individual team member performance. Ensuring and enhancing CAB behaviour in team.

8. Frequent review with all CoE on their activities and reporting to HOD on reviews and updates.

9. Monthly Reviews with Seniors

10 Exceptional reporting and Test Checks in processes"

Experience (years) - 15 years + Qualification Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant

Competencies:

- Effective Communicator , Integrity , Ethical, Pro active, Confident, Self motivated, Adaptive, Tech Savvy, Eye for detailing

- Latest updates on Tax laws/amendments, Basic knowledge of Pay roll and related Laws, Banking operations"

- Team Building & People Management

- Knowledge of Companies Act,Direct and Indirect Taxation, Banking, Accounting Standards & new amendments in related statues & impact working

- Experience of Shared Services / COE
