DGM/Senior Manager - Business Process Analyst

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

Experience:

- 8 - 15 years of experience in business process analysis and improvement.

- Proficiency in process modelling and analysis tools (e.g., BPMN, Six Sigma, Lean).
