Functional Competencies

- Ability to handle large business volume of 300+ Crs PA across various services

- Finding needs in the marketplace keeps the pipeline full of potential customers for new business.

- Able to identify the opportunities of revenue expansion in existing accounts and prepare and implement the strategy aligned with the revenue expansion.

- Building strategy for the sector for 2X growth and communicating and monitoring team action items

- Review business of all customers in the cluster internally and along with customer

- Effective stage wise planning in time bound manner to accomplish the goal.

- Ability to lead and facilitate solutions-based consultation with senior (CXO level) clients

- Create engagement and establish influential connects with internal and external stakeholders to get things done in desired manner.

- Taking conversation when you need it and knowing when to let others speak.

- The ability to adapt and move forward, particularly when unexpected occurs.

- Monitoring and mentoring the team to accomplish company vision and common goal.

Key Responsibilities

- Responsible for new business and revenue expansion from mapped accounts (both prospective and existing). Delivering sales 300+ Crore sales per annum for E-commerce vertical, across solutions offerings - Pop-up warehouses, Transportation, Digital solution etc.

- Responsible for timely collection.

- Negotiating contracts to deliver target gross margins for all service lines

- Monitoring sales and margin performance across assigned accounts and ensure pro active approach to protect sales and margin of the business.

- Act as SPOC for the existing accounts - coordinate with relevant internal stakeholders (operations team etc.) to manage end to end relationship

- Walking the corridors of large accounts - develop & maintain CXO level relationship

- Prepare and execute the strategy to become solution provider in mapped accounts

- Understand the FMCG sector and their evolving requirements - identify new solutions required and recommend capability build to lead in the market

- Travel to client locations across India to develop and strengthen relationships

- Actively participate in RFQ / bidding processes of customers and ensure high level of engagement with customers and internal stakeholders to remain competitive with customer.

- Ensure active engagement with operations for MBQ and QBR.

- Promote the brand and core values within customer premises.

- Manage contract renewals and timely amendments when addition / deletion in scope of work.

- Regular connect with key personnel of customer end.
