Position Title: DGM - Sales Strategy (Corporate Role)
KPI's
- Set specific marketing goals
- Design and implement sales strategies aligned with business targets
- Analyze sales and marketing metrics
- Forecasting market trends, research market to identify new opportunities
- Generate innovative ideas to promote our brand and our products
- Giving inputs on sales needs
- Involved in pricing, market study and forming strategy to sell maximum products
- Generate Launch Strategy
- Managing Operations, new sourcing initiatives
- Incentive planning for different sources of verticals and sales force
- Give inputs on developing digital campaigns to increase web traffic
- Incentive planning for External & Internal partners
- Prior to Launch Handling the Sales Tower inventory
- Setting Sales Targets every Month/ Quarter for all projects
- Revenue Management and upkeep of Business on all projects
Person should be:
- Strategic thinking
- Result Orientation
- Analytical & Diagnostic Ability
- Capacity for Visualization and Direction
Qualification: Engineering & MBA from Tier 1 Pedigree only.
Work Experience: 4-6 years (Post MBA)
