DGM - Sales - Real Estate/Construction

Position : DGM Sales

Location : Mumbai

Organization : Real Estate/Construction

Reports to - VP Sales

Experience required : 7-15 years in real estate / construction industry. Candidates must have work experience of either Hyderabad or Jaipur location.

Key Responsibilities :

- Looking after the new projects at Hyderabad and Jaipur locations.

- Looking after Sales of housing and commercial projects , spearheading the sales division, directly reporting to Vice President – Sales.

- Sales plannning and devicing sales strategy for the company apart from managing day to day sales operations.

- Developing and handling a sales team and motivating team members to perform better.

- Tie ups with leading property consultants and maintaining relations with them.

- Negotiating Deals for company’s high-end Residential & Commercial Projects and converting them into sales/tenants.

- Gradually handling other newly developing projects.
