This position is with a leading real estate developer in Bangalore, with a target of achieving - 1000 crore in sales for FY 24.


Below is a brief overview of the role :

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and drive revenue growth.

- Set sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team, ensuring consistent achievement.

- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the sales team to help them reach their targets.
