- Ensure the sales targets defined for the location are achieved
- To regularly update on sales details for the region
- Design, implement and facilitate annual sales & marketing plan and strategy for the region
- Review performance of Sales & marketing plan and execution, make corrections where required
- Conceptualizing and implementing various initiatives to drive branding and promotional activities for achieving maximum returns.
- Review and support team in executing product/Brand strategy at location
- Interaction with customers at the highest level and responsible for identifying opportunities and converting the same to deals
- Maintain data on consumer, Channels market potential, Competition, Market share and volumes for product range handled
- Develop and manage a sales & marketing operations budget while implementing marketing controls to measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and to take corrective actions as needed to reach objectives
- Managing Team Engagement and Team Development through continuous support & mentoring.
