Job Description (JD) for the Domestic and International Sales position for the meat product line:
Job Title: Domestic and International Sales Specialist - Meat Products
Location: Mumbai, India
Experience Required: 15 to 25 years
Age Limit: Less than 45 years
CTC Range: 40,00,000 to 50,00,000 per annum
Non-Working Days: All Sundays and 2nd & 4th Saturdays
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Specialist to manage and drive sales of our meat products (Sheep, Buffalo, Goat, Chicken) both domestically across India and internationally. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in achieving sales targets and participating in esteemed food international exhibitions.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Targets:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets for meat products in domestic and international markets.
Market Expansion:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in both domestic and international markets.
Client Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Exhibitions:
- Represent the company at esteemed food international exhibitions to promote and sell meat products.
Travel:
- Travel extensively (up to 20 days a month) to meet clients and explore new markets.
Reporting:
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
Compliance:
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's/PG degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
- 15 to 25 years of experience in sales, specifically in the meat industry.
Skills:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Attributes:-
