Profile - DGM Sales & Marketing (Investment Casting)
Qualification - Graduate / MBA / B.TechExperience - (experience in Techno-Commercial Sales & Marketing)Key Responsibilities :
- Candidate should have experience in Techno-Commercial Sales & Marketing of preferably Steel Castings or any other mechanical items used in Steel, Cement, Sponge Iron & General Engineering Plants.
- Candidate should have the ability to read technical drawings.
- Candidate should be willing to travel 10 to 15 days a month post pandemic to Steel/ Cement & Sponge Iron Plants.
- Candidate should have experience in marketing industrial products to Steel Plants, Cement Plants, Sponge Iron Plants and General Engineering Sectors.
- Ensure execution of production plan as per agreed supply plan.
- Communicate finalized monthly production plan
- Excellent management and leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills (vendors/suppliers/clients)
- Actively involved in production
- Identify, initiate and implement technology improvements, which increase productivity and reduce scrap/reject rates through effective training of production personnel and process enhancements.
- Recruit, train, manage & develop plant staff including their performance management
- Ensure safety & security of manpower and factory equipment
- Maintain strict quality control checks and tools as required.
- Liaisoning with concerned departmental officials for smooth functioning of operations
- Overall management of all matters relating to production, commercial operations as well as liaisoning in departments, etc . Should have handled plant in the capacity of profit centre head, strong performance oriented environment, spearheaded Lean and TPM drive in his current organization.
