DGM - Sales & Marketing - Packaging Industry

Reporting to: Marketing Flexibles Head

Sector : Printing and Packaging (Flexible Packaging.)

Desired profile of the candidate : The candidate should be good in communication skill, 8to10 Years of experience in the packaging industry preferably flexible and have knowledge of Local / India market.

Job Description / Responsibilities :

- Business Development for Mumbai / India.

- Should be well versed with the packaging market in Flexibles.

- Client servicing of existing clients.

- Follow ups with Internal & External customers

- Preparation of MIS reports

- The candidate should be self-starter and should have good market knowledge.

- Work with team members to establish goals and advise on ways to improve performance, achieve goals and help sales to obtain expected quotas

- Develop strategic and tactical sales initiatives that meet or exceed budget objectives for profitable short- and long-term goals and market share objectives.

- Should have good understanding of export documentation
