Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

1) Achieving top line and bottom line growth based on the annual budget.

2) Ensuring 100% collection on a month-to-month basis through synergy with the commercial team as well.

3) Develop relations with national and circle Key accounts. Finalization of national level contracts with key accounts.

4) Knowledge sharing on various products of the telecom sector by conducting meeting and seminars through product managers at zonal and site levels for in-house and external teams.

5) Branding of VIOM through various marketing tools. Participation in trade fairs, seminars. Advertisement and publicity.

6) Feedback to and from circles / customers for business prospects.

7) Develop a strong market information system for business enquires

8) Development of new business lines in telecom sites rental.

9) Support to Zones for handling critical marketing problems / customer service issues.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :

1) Sound Business acumen from techno-commercial aspect.

2) In Depth knowledge in market research, marketing strategies, brand positioning.

3) Top notch skill in negotiation.

4) Result / target driven

5) Written / Verbal Communication and Presentation Skills. Ability to prepare business reports, presentations, customer proposals a must.

6) Cost and quality consciousness.

7) Ability to work in structured manner.

8) Analytical interpersonal and presentation skill entrepreneur and commercial thinking.

9) Applying understanding knowledge and expertise to work.

10) Effective verbal and written communication.

11) Planning and organizing activities for meeting deadlines/ objectives.

Credentials and Experience:

Qualification : MBA

Work Experience :10 to 12 years of relevant hands of experience
