Job Description:
Role Overview:
The Director of Sales for the Leasing Vertical will be responsible for establishing and managing a comprehensive leasing program for 3W and 2W vehicles.
This role requires building a dedicated team, developing standard operating procedures (SOP), integrating leasing systems into existing company infrastructure, and ensuring seamless execution from client acquisition to collection.
Key Responsibilities:
Build Leasing Vertical:
- Develop and implement a strategic plan to establish the leasing vertical.
- Recruit and train a high-performing team to support leasing operations.
SOP Development:
- Create standard operating procedures (SOP) for all leasing processes to ensure efficiency and consistency.
Product Integration and Launch:
- Collaborate with IT, operations, and business teams to integrate leasing products into existing systems.
- Plan and execute an effective launch strategy to maximize market impact.
End-to-End Monitoring:
- Oversee all activities related to leasing and renting, from client acquisition to vehicle return.
- Ensure adherence to leasing policies and procedures.
Manufacturer and Client Coordination:
- Act as a liaison between manufacturers and clients to facilitate smooth transactions and resolve any issues that may arise.
Sales and Collection Management:
- Drive sales efforts to acquire new corporate clients on a monthly basis.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve monthly rental collection targets.
- Ensure 100% collection efficiency in BKT 0 and aim for 100% collection of rent every month.
Continuous Improvement:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to innovate and improve leasing products and services.
- Proactively identify opportunities for growth and optimization within the leasing vertical.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven track record in sales leadership, preferably in the automotive or leasing industry.
- Strong understanding of leasing principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
