Job Title: Head – Learning& Development-S&D

Job Level: DGM

Training and development for sales force (internal and channel partners) for

- Responsible for the Sales Management development, for the training need analysis of all the internal and external (channel) Sales teams

- Development of training calendar, for designing and developing new program based on training needs, implementation of the learning programs

- Create special training modules, based on specific needs of internal and external (channel) sales force

- Create content and training material relevant for both broader perspective, as well as product specific

- Identify Training Gap Area

- Content creation as per business needs/requirements

- Role Holder Coverage

- Training Efficacy

- Ensure the management and delivery of Business sales (data and process) training across the Business stores

- TMD-Training Man Day

- Company Projects Training

- Optimize Training Cost
