We are urgently in search of DGM - Sales (Institutional) for a reputed electrical and switchgear company.

Job Location : Faridabad (NCR)

Required Experience: 15 years to 25 years.

Preferred: Stable candidates (who hasn't changes their job frequently)

Ideal candidates should be MBA & above with excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to work well with a variety of people at all levels of the organization Technical Expertise, Demonstrated ability to close business, Business Skills, Research Skills, Marketing, Delegation skills, Priotization skills and strategic thinking.

Must have ability to:

(a).Leads new business meetings and closes sales to institutional investors and consultants.

(b). Leverages the organization's relationship with existing institutional accounts by developing and executing proactive, creative, and on-going contact initiatives.

(c) Acts as a liaison to the investment management groups to ensure active, enthusiastic support of the sales and marketing process.

(d) Collaborates with Marketing team on product and sales materials to ensure they are current and focused for the applicable presentation, conference, or opportunity.

(e) Initiates and follows up on new business opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:-

(a). Develop and communicate business plans internally for new product proposals.

(b). Understand the markets, technologies, competitors and customers to develop and deliver product release with Engineering that increase customer satisfaction and drive growth & profitability.

(c) Collaborate with the marketing, Engineering & Manufacturing department management to develop and publish the product roadmap.

(d) Provide pricing recommendations for new and existing products.

(e) Work collaboratively with marketing and Engineering, Sales and support to improve customer satisfaction.

(f) Research to maximize user satisfaction and performance.

(g) Regular interaction with sales and customers, often at a technical level.

(h)Identifying & implementing strategies for building team effectiveness by promoting spirit of cooperation amongst members.
