Job Purpose :
- Strengthening existing distribution model while crafting ways to succeed in the highly competitive telecom environment, ensuring reach across all geographies while maintaining biz hygiene through implementation of national sales & distribution process & policies.
- It will focus on improving Sales from each market with increasing width of Sales. It will involve figuring out the competitive scenario of telecom sales in major towns, creating competitively appropriate Cost of Acquisition structures, and drive dispersion through improving width of outlets.
Skills & Knowledge :
Educational Qualifications, Relevant Experience & Relevant Industry Experience:
- 13-15 Years of proven sales track record, MBA from premier B-School, 5+years of hardcore telecom sales experience, process & people development
Technical and Behavioral Skills :
- The candidate should be able to conceptualize the trade behavior of large towns & good in trade promotions etc.
- The candidate will have prepaid Sales experience of operating in Metro/ Tier-I towns.
