MBA with 10 plus years of experience in development of sales channel & enhancing distribution, productivity through development & GTM interventions.
Responsible for Channel management, Distributor management, New Channel Development (Van Model, Slum Projects, Cycle model etc)
- Handling All India Projects at HQ level-Product launch & Distribution Planning
- Responsible for Town wise development (27 city project Dominance model) as well as Area expansion
- Responsible for All India Super stockiest Network re-alignment keeping turnover & cost in mind for rural penetration in co-ordination with DGMs/RSMs
- Responsible for right distributor Selection & finalization at National level in co-ordination with RSMs/Area Mangers for enhancing the revenue by maintaining hygiene at field level
- Responsible for Conceptualization & implementation of Retailers, Wholesaler/Stockiest loyalty programme Pan India.
- Responsible for development /improving Visibility tools & developing counter-competitive strategies in co-ordinance with Marketing & Sales Team for smooth execution in market place
- Implementation & Penetration of Byzome at PAN india level on weekly basis
- Responsible for Sales team training - SR/SO/ASM level both through Class room as well as OJT to get the back to basic proper in synchronization with RSMs/DGMs at region based need analysis
- Responsible for SO/RSP/ISR capability development training need identification & execution as well as Pan India incentive programme design, payout, performance measures for them.
