DGM Sales and Delivery IT Services
The scope of the role:
- The building, engaging and maintaining Telecom client relationships at the senior management/decision-maker levels.
- And it entails selling and managing the delivery of IT Services to Telecom Sector clients.
Major responsibilities:
- REVENUE topline and bottom-line targets achievement
- Mapping new business opportunities and proactively growing the revenue
- Owning all processes from proposal to deal closure
- Ensuring timely and proper billing and payment collection
- Market research and reporting
- Understanding the client business and strategies relevant to the business interests
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key/senior personnel
- Stakeholder management and enlisting their feedback
- DELIVERY- effective co-ordination with delivery teams to ensure meeting of client requirements.
- While being the primary delivery contact for the client, ensuring escalation and satisfactory resolution thereof.
- Owning two-way communications between the client and delivery team and addressing all issues of concern to either or both.
- Timely reporting of performance and other relevant subjects
Qualifications & Experience:
- UG/PG qualifications with relevant specialization.
- Around 12-15 years of post-qualification experience of IT Sales and Delivery management.
- The experience of handling clients from the telecom domain is desired.
- Should have worked with leading IT Services Companies in India/Overseas.
- Demonstrated track record of successful sales and delivery management is a must.
