Requirement:
- Candidate should have Banking Software Sales Experience, IT Software Sales, Banking Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI), A Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC)
- Core Banking Software, Payments and Fintech, Datacenter
- Fintech API Sales.
- Micro FinS Online Domestic Sales. PSU Banks, Private Banks, GEM Sales.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, Identify Leads/ Lead Generation and Building and maintaining customer relationships.
- Managing, training, mentoring and motivating the sales team.
- Setting sales goals and quotas.
- Creating the sales department budget, producing sales forecasts and reports. Market research and analysis.
- Building relationships with customers.
Required Key Skills:
- IT Software Sale, Demonstration, IT Software Marketing Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, Strategic Business Planning, Business Planning, Presentation skills, Good Analytical Skills, Leadership Skills, Team Management Skills, Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools.
Qualification & Certification:
- Any bachelor's degree or Masters' Degree in Relevant field.
