Experience required : 9 - 12 years with agri business industry/cattle feed

Educational Qualification : Graduate (Agriculture/ Veterinary) and MBA from IIM, IRMA

Objectives

- Achieving the revenue and profitability growth.

- Managing sales & distribution of Agriculture products across the zone.

- Identifying new opportunities of growth and initiating projects for making entry.

- Keeping a close watch to competition and any kind of changes in the industry environment.

- Improving the manpower productivity and reducing fixed cost as percentage of revenue.

Job Responsibilities

- Increase the geographical spread of business

- Crossing the budgeted revenue and profitability target

- Built and retain a highly motivated sales force, distributor network and manufacturer’s representative
