DGM - Regional HR Manager - FMCG/Mfg

We have been retained by a public limited FMCG Conglomerate with Rs.26,000 Crore turnover for the recruitment of Deputy General Manager-Human Resources for their Regional Offices in Bangalore.

An ideal candidate with of 12 to 15 years experience in Human Resources with age between 35 to 45 years will be preferred.

An ideal candidate for this position must have worked in generalist position with minimum 06 to 08 years of exposure in the Plant which is a MUST.

Exposure is Manufacturing company is also a MUST.

REQUIREMENT

Position: Regional HR Manager at DGM level (4 numbers)

Locations: Bangalore

BACKGROUND TO THE POSITION

This is a HR Generalist role to support growth of the in specific geographical region, called “Hub” and implementation of HR best Practices. The incumbent will participate in corporate strategy and policy / process formulation.

- Own HR team at multiple locations

- Plant Heads and HODs at Hub

Candidate’s Profile:

2 years full time Diploma / MBA in HR from a reputed institute

8 to 12 years’ of work experience in HR in a manufacturing industry out of which minimum to 6 years of work experience in HR Generalist role in the plant (MUST). Candidates with FMCG work experience will be referred.

Compensation:

In the range of Rs. 18 (CTC) (Candidates in the salary range between 12 to 14 may apply).
