About our Client - Our client is a leading technology, consulting and outsourcing firm with a significant presence in multiple cities in India. With a robust BFSI practice they are looking for exception candidates to join their BPO in various operational capacities.

Job Description - As a DGM for the Reconciliations function reporting into the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for :

- Independently handling the Reconciliation process supporting a global hedge fund and ensuring control on the entire process

- Developing, motivating and managing a large team of employees while managing their expectations and being an expert for any technical guidance they may require

- Identifying gaps and implementing process improvement and efficiency initiatives

- Managing various stakeholder expectations both internally and externally

The Successful Candidate - You must be a college graduate preferably with a Masters degree from a recognised university. With atleast 10 years of exposure in the financial services space, you must have spent atleast 5 years in the Mutual fund, Hedge fund domain with relevant experience in managing large teams of more than 50 people. The job entails working in night shifts so you must be flexible around the same.
