Role & responsibilities
- Heading the Electrical and Electronic vertical in R&D, Power Electronic Design & Able to Manage a team of 10+ Members.
- VCU integration with another LV ECU & Cluster i.e DC, DC converter/invertor, PDU, BMS, MCU Multiplexer, BTMS, BCS, TCS etc
- Expertise with Power electronics (Non-isolated and Isolated DC/DC Converters, motor,battery, body module, HV/LV harness DC/AC Inverters)- Device selection, Converter Design, Modelling, and Analysis. Design and develop system and subsystem architecture to meet given performance
- Knowledge for trouble shooting, Guiding, Diagnostics for CAN communication.
- Knowledge of battery and its architect. Design with specifications (SOC and SOH estimation).
- Regulatory compliances information & qualifications, Testing & simulations.
- Defining the selection criteria for PE for best performance vehicle.
- Can be closely led/support with NPD for product development & Localization with supplier partners.
- Design and develop system and subsystem architecture to meet given performance.
- Knowledge for vehicle diagnosis line CAN, J1939, or Via Lab Car.
- Provide detailed circuit analysis, Stress analysis, simulations, Worst case circuit analysis.
- Vehicle proto Buildup and Rig test & trials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of subsystems with vehicle electrical architecture.
- Document system design, control algorithms, and code for internal and external reference.
- Ensure that the EV system meets safety standards and regulatory requirements for automotive applications.
- Troubleshoot production plant power electronics issue.
Preferred candidate profile -
Qualification: B. Tech (Electrical/Electronic Preffered)
Experience: 15+ Years
Industry: Automobile OEM , Bus & Truck manufacturing (Preferred) (not from two or Three wheelers)
Age :- 38+
